  Based on the results of the ANALYZE, the database design (using some tools as Power Designer, Mega or Embarcadero) and data flows (using some tools as Business Objects Data Integrator, IBM Datastage …) are generated.
  
  Based on the previous business, functional and technical analyses, DTIEC will take in charge the implementation, customization and deployment of the system. Those activities also include the different services related to the migration of existing platforms to the news suggested systems.

  To respect the timing and the cost, DTIEC proposes to create a project plan. The control of the cost, the delay and the deliverables are covered by the Quality control consultant.
  
  To transfer the control of the platform at the end of the project to the customer, technical and functional support (during the project) and training (at the end of the project) are provided by DTIEC.
